Speakers

More about this session

Food and biotech scale-up faces a classic chicken-and-egg problem: companies need proof at a relevant scale to attract investment, but generating that proof requires access to infrastructure, expertise and capital. This session brings together investors and shared-facility experts to explore the critical steps between TRL 4 and 7, the role shared facilities can play in de-risking them, and what is needed to progress towards investable, commercial-scale production.
